Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all hair extension sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped.
To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
Hair that has been opened, worn, altered, washed, colored, or otherwise used is not eligible for return or exchange.
If your return request is approved, the item must be returned within 7 calendar days of approval, unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
Approved returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange only. Cash refunds will not be issued.
